I can't get the thought of my best friend dead or hurt outta my head. My gut feels really bad and usually when this happens it means something bad has or will happen. I just feel so scared for my best friend and i'm worried about her. i'm not sure what to do or how to get these thoughts outta my mind. please tell me what to do! Tell me why i'm so scared all the sudden.
I get the same feelings sometimes about my friends or family. Don't know why it happens, I have some theory's but no way to prove them. In any case there is no way to get rid of them but what you can do is call them/text them and let them know how you feel so they can take precautions and be extra careful. I know when my family and I first had them we kept quiet or made a small mention (i.e. my brother told me to come inside and stop playing he was getting a bad feeling and 5 minutes later I got hit by a car; yea should have listened.) But since that occurred too often when we were young we started to call each other more often letting us know what each one were thinking and there hasn't been a problem since. I even told my friends about my unusual sense and what happens when it is ignored so even they know to play it cool when I have my feelings. You are so scared all of a sudde, because that shows how much you love him/her. You are always thinking about them and you don't want anything to happen to them, so you start thinking negative. Try to think that you love them no matte what happens to them..because we all going to die anyway...

I also think that sometimes will happen to my friend, but then I say whata heck...I might die before her lolz
so don't worry...this is a crapy thought, that you cannot get over it however you can overcome it through your believe.
