This is an easy entry too. They only want the basics, not even a phone number.
And, in case you're wondering, the rules state the following:
Limit one entry per person regardless of means of entry. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
Drawing date is March 11, 2002.
The winner(s) will be notified (via e-mail) within 7 days after the drawing date. The winner must respond to e-mail or voice-mail notification within 48 hours, or he/she will forfeit the prize. If a prize is not claimed within the time limit, an alternate prize winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.
