with parental consent i think they can yes...
no. minimum of 18 that is the law sorry
no no and no. 18 the age you have to be. if you find one willing to do one under 18, what other laws will he break, dirty needles maybe. 3 years ain't long
No, it's illegal and the tattooist risks a jail sentence.
im not familiar with UK's laws or anything.. all i know is that in the US if anyone under the age of 18 wants a tattoo or piercing a parent or guardian has to present.
Legally, no.
The licencing conditions stipulate that tattooists cannot ink under 18s.
Of course, there are unlicensed studios out there. But would you really want to chance your health from going to one? And, if a licenced premises agrees to do you, under 18, then what other regulations are they also ignoring...?
The legal tattoo age in the UK is now 18. If you find someone to willingly tattoo you at your age, do not let them. They are breaking the law and if they are willing to break one law, what other laws are they disregarding (reusing needles, improper sterilization etc.)? im 15. live in UK. i have asked in a few places some do some don't.. the main answer seemed to be 18 with or without parental consent.
answer: depends where you go in UK
Its against the law, any good shop wouldn't allow it. And you want a decent tattoo right? So dont go to a dive that will give you a mess of a tattoo. Believe me I am 20 now and have 2 large tattoos that I love which I got both when I was 20! If I had got one when I was 15 I wouldnt like them now as my taste and maturity has changed 100%.
yes you can get a tattoo as long as your parent or guardian gives permission!! you will have to bring your mum or dad or guardian with you and get them to do it face to face with the tattooist!! no written letters or such!!
its 16 with parental consent anything under that is unlawful. unless the parents lie about their kids age of course then there isnt much that can be done unless the tattooist asks for id for the kid.
as its only the parent that can sue a tattooist for tattooing between 16-18 if they sign they are aware etc they cant do nothing to them.
yeah i did
ONLY with parental consent, some shops might have u bring ur parent in with you or some will give u a paper to have sign
EDIT - it is against UK law to have tattoo under 18!
What dress should i wear for an interview ?
