I shall be flying Tokyo-London via Seoul with Asian later this month. I can't find much information about their service, especially the on-board entertainment (their Korean website looks extensive, but I don't read hangul!). I also read somewhere that there is no amenity kit on Asiana in C-Class. Can anyone confirm or deny this? Thanks. They don't offer a amenity kit on biz class Asiana, only in First. They did before but they stopped doing it.

The seats aren't very good (mainly limited recline).
very very very good in a nutshell and rubbish to the amenity kit, they have loads of them on board
Steve, do you mean lots of amenities or lots of amenity kits. Carfield suggests Asiana doesn't offer the latter in business -- this is a pity as I'm a sucker for lip balm and moisturiser. First, OZ offers no amenity kit, but slippers and eyeshades will be offered on both segments, as well as amenities, such as toothbrush sets, combs, mouthwashs etc. are offered in the bathroom.
Second, OZ uses Boeing 747s on the longer flight to LHR. The seats are rather dated, but the pitch is still okay at 48" and there are PTVs.
OZ offers no fancy products, but the price is often pretty reasonable... I like OZ's meals very much -- especially the beef dishes -- Korean or non-Korean. They are pretty good.
Have a good flight!
Carfield
