United Mileage Plus [Archive] - Page 97 - FlyerTalk Forums:: MCI to Rome, when to try for first or business class? Best route PDX-TPE. New UA business class seats. Burbank is the Domestic Terminal of Los Angeles! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/archive/f-504-p-97.htmlHOME | Hi all,
I have never travelled on first/business class because they are quite pricey, but I know there are people who can always get them for a great deal. Can you please share where you find best prices for first/business class AA tix? You can contact me at p_lu@yahoo.com
As for international first class, I think respond.com works pretty well. Sometimes someone will contact you with a pretty decent price.
you guys should be aware the 1stair.net uses hidden city routings in order to maximize your savings. There are numerous posts around FT about 1stair.net, and generally they have been quite good. But in a few cases, some of the customers had their tickets invalidated and were stopped at ticketing and forced to pay the full fare ticket price...
Try www.1st-air.net (http://www.1st-air.net) for International tickets.
I have used them 3 times now at considerable savings.
FC or Bc is simply not worth the expense for domestic USA fares
Do we get full mileage credit or a percentage, since purchased from a discount broker?
Also, has anyone used http://www.flyfirstclass.com/
I've email them 3 different times for quotes, and have never gotten a reply... should I try
calling the 800 number, or just forget trying to giving them my business? THX Diane
What price would be considered to be savings?
In the 2k-3k Range??
