I flew Dash 8 and it us raining here in YOW.
The ground staff were waiting for us and had prepared our sky-checked luggage for a quick getaway into the terminal.
Some of you may may think big deal. I was impressed. Customer service for me is the fanatical attention to the small details. This transmits the message that the customer is important.

You're right, airbus320. The flights that I always remember are the ones when someone has made even just a small extra effort that acknowledges that they see me as a person rather than self-loading cargo. It works the other way, too. The ground and air staff we deal with appreciate being recognized as something more than automatons.
I heartily agree. Anyone (well, almost anyone) can deal with the big issue. It's the little things that really make a difference, because you know they could have gotten away with doing less, but chose to do more.
