Well for me the first time I came upon it was really weird I actually didn't do anything much in particular, of what I did not do before when I couldn't achieve it....but something just clicked within me a...its weird I cant really describe it tho. practice, practice , practice ;))

There is no evidence that astral projection is possible. In fact, it is based on the concept of the duality of body and mind, which is a flawed concept. The mind is not seperate from the body, the mind is more of a verb than a noun: it is what the brain does. You can no more seperate your mind from your brain than you can seperate some "essence of running" from a running man.
