To answer your question more thoroughly I need to know what grade you are in.
Please keep in mind that a standardized test is only one of many factors that will affect how much funding you will receive and your acceptance into college.

typically you need at least one standardized test result included with your app, act (mostly midwest) or sat (both coasts i believe); depends on the school which they want, or either, or both. so my advice, sign up for the next available date cause it takes a while to get your results back, and then apply to colleges; you may have to apply late though, good luck!
yes. you should still fill out college applications. i didnt take my ACT and still got into the college i wanted to. you can always take the test later and fill it out later on, just not too late. what you actually really need is your SAT subject or reasoning test i think it is. if you have anymore questions to ask, you can ask your counseler. trust me, your counseler will become your best friend in your senior year. take advantage of them. good luck!
