Apologies for somewhat repeated topic and maybe silly question. How do I get to carparts.com and get miles credit? There is no link on www.aolaadvantage.com (http://www.aolaadvantage.com) and www.aa.com... (http://www.aa.com...)

There was a short period of time (about 4 hours) where I was thinking of going for the 20/20 promotion where I ordered from carparts.com through AOL AAdvantage. My order was backordered. I've since gotten my order mailed to me, but no miles. I then looked at the AOL site and it seems they are no longer a merchant. I'm not too concerned about the miles since I decided I didn't want to spend time on the promo. It seems though that carparts dropped off the AA program.
October 12 - I spoke with Carparts.com and they too said that I am SOL with miles. I called AA and they said that all you have to do is fax in the receipt to 817-963-7882, include your AA# and a brief description of what happened and they will honor your purchase and post your miles. From what I read on the Tug board, Carparts.com has been purchased by JC Whitney Co. Don't know if that helps. I can't remember all the discussion about it. JeanB
Just send a receipt to AAdvantage.
I've found them to be very accomodating with regard to carparts.com.

Took them awhile to post on mine as well. But it was posted last week. Now, if they drop out of the program will we still get to have it as a 20/20 partner??

Carparts must have just dropped out of the program. I ordered from them a few weeks ago and my points posted immediately!
