Made a reservation in July for the other half in Fla and included his FF #. FF # does not show up on the contract, so after waiting a month, I called and the first rep insisted he had picked up the rental off site and wasn't entitled to miles. He picked up the car right at the airport so I spoke to someone else a few weeks ago who said she would put in the request for the miles. They still haven't posted and he needs them for the AA 20/20. Any advice on how I can get these miles posted? Thanks.

Actually, on the new myAvis site at avis.com, you can add on frequent flyer accounts for previous rentals. I did a few last week and they all posted to the airline already (this being rentals that occurred in August).
