There were plenty of democrats that were against this bailout too. Bush's Treasury secretary Henry Paulson (former head of Goldman Sachs for what good that did us) was all for this bailout.

I wouldn't put all of the blame on Pelosi. We know that she's in with the Republicans no matter what she says. The day that she said impeachment was off the table is when I knew that she was not one of us.
