Hi. I often get this kind of error message on certain searches:

Can not find one or more of the Zoom index files.
Please make sure the generated index files are uploaded to the same path as this search script.
Also check file permissions have been set to allow reading.
I know the generated files are uploaded. Is this a permission issue? hi. thanks for your reply. Yes, it turned out to be a permission issue. All .zdat file needed to be chmod 644. I think one file wasn't given the correct permission.
Thanks, its all good. Awesome search engine!
It might be a permissions error but I am betting it is more likely that there really is a file missing. Maybe the zoom_spelling.zdat file or zoom_datetime.zdat ?
What search related files do you have on the server?
Can you post the URL to the search function so that we can see the problem.

Heres my question?
Why would someone get bored with doing IT for 10 years?
