In my experience this means he does like you and he might love you too because he does know a lot about you. Sounds like he's being honest. But I'm (obviously) not a guy, so I'm basing this on how I am. I'm honest no matter what about how I feel about someone but guys aren't always that way. Just give it time and if you feel deep down that he's being honest and want to, give him a chance. Just don't jump headfirst without thinking because then you may wind up regretting it if he breaks your heart. Take things very very very slow. Hope I helped!
