Well for most bands it's either you have to stand in line for a while like before the concert ends or you have to be in the fanclub...That's how I go to meet panic at the disco

well when i did my meet and greet, it was at a july concert
before their album came out and if you bought it there
and had them send it to you when it came out, then they
gave you a wrist band and thats how i did my meet and greet.
i think you have to buy a pass to meet and greet... i want to go to a meet and greet this july too so im going to find out
