I just purchased the Rogaine Foam from the advice of my dermatologist. My hair is about.. 1-1.5in long. I went to apply it to my scalp but the foam fizzles and disappears extremely quick in my hand. I read the instructions said to apply an amount about half a capsule. But my doctor said to use it on the entire top of my head. I tried to put spray it into my hand and quickly throw it on my head, but I'm nervous that I'm not getting it into the scalp. Am I applying this right? I'm not sure if the rogaine is in my hair or my scalp..
