I am in exactly the same position as you.
I train a heap for footy, cause I want to make AFL, and I used to get not enough sleep, the only advice I can give you is to not do any exercise at all within 3 hours of going to bed. If your in high school you should go to bed at a maximum of 10 o'clock if you're training that much. Reduce the amount of work your doing (training) if its too much for you then it will hurt your body rather than imrpove it. Slowly (as your body gets stronger) you will be able to train for longer and sleep for your prefered amount of time.

Why would someone get bored with doing IT for 10 years?
