i just think when a woman is pregnant they are so very pleasing and impressive to look at, they have such a glow bout them, and their husbands should be very proud of them.
Without sounding rude,yes thier bodies start plumping up just right!

my husband loves me pregnant he says i have a glow and am a lot more confident about myself when pregnant so no not wrong unless u thinking pervy things :P

It's not wrong at all. I think that you are expressing yourself and in a good way at that. That is so true. The hormones in our bodies allow the complexion and pigmentation to become more controllable and less irritated at some point in our pregnancy allowing that luminous glow to us. If husbands or even boyfriends are not proud of that then they need a hobby or something. Pregnancy is a beautiful thing and the different things that happen throughout that 40 weeks or more will be the time that we remember and enjoy sharing to others.
Awww...Arent u such a sweetie!! Of course their partners should be very very proud of them!! They are doing basically the only thing males CANT do and that is give birth!!
And no, there is nothing wrong in thinking a pregnant women looks pretty ... Its just a belly, her face and the rest of her body is all the same as it was .. except for like u said, most of them are glowing ... their hair, nails, face and complexion seem to glow...I wish my partner said he was proud of me when i was pregnant!!
